Children’s Birthday Parties
(Held at Macleod YMCA)
Looking for a healthy, fun and convenient way to celebrate your child’s
birthday?
We have been running Children’s Birthday parties for the past 3 years and
have received fantastic feedback from parents and children alike.
Parties are run for children as young as 4 and can be catered for up to 30 children – we even supply the party invitations!

Frequently asked questions
What does a Children’s Birthday party consist of?
75 minutes of fun tennis activities that are modified according to the age and standard of participants. The emphasis is on participation and cooperation, and a variety of activities and games are utilised by the experienced coaches.
When are they held?
Weekends at Macleod YMCA – up to 4 courts are available and we have had some fantastic parties with up to 30 children attending.
What if the children have never played tennis before?
Tennis experience is not required. The games and fun drills are able to be adapted to suit children from ages 3 and up.
What about food?
Most parents will organise food themselves – there is a BBQ facility available and catering can be arranged at additional cost.
What if it rains?
The indoor gym at Macleod YMCA is available to be used for birthday parties on a Sunday afternoon in case of wet weather.
