If you’re sick of standing in lines waiting your turn to hit a forehand, then Slam’n’Sweat is for you. Designed to incorporate the idea of playing competitively (i.e. trying to win!) into a lesson format where all participants are active, Slam’n’Sweat is a new and fitness-based way to get adults involved in tennis.
Classes are run after work during weekdays at Eaglemont Tennis Club and racquets are provided free of charge!
When are Slam’n’Sweat classes held?
- After work during weekdays at Eaglemont Tennis Club.
- Classes are usually held Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm – 8pm but can be arranged at other times.
What is the cost?
- The coaching fee is $60 per hour per session and can be shared by up to 6 participants at a time.
- Multiple lesson discounts are also available.
