Weather Policy & Missed lessons
In case of wet weather or extreme heat please contact Head Coach Shane Scrutton (0414 373 586) to determine whether coaching will be cancelled or not.
Inclement weather make up lessons:
In case of cancellation due to inclement weather make up lessons will be held on the first Thursday morning of each school holidays from 10 am to 12 noon. Please contact Shane to confirm your spot in the makeup lesson prior to the school holidays.
Missed Lessons due to sickness or emergency:
In case of missed lessons due to sickness or emergency please contact Shane to organise extra lessons during the term. Please note that lesson fees are not refunded or credits given for missed lessons but every opportunity is given for extra lessons to be held.
