JUNIOR TENNIS SKILLS PROGRAM
(AGES 6-12)
Improvement is the fundamental aim of the Tennis Skills program - if you can develop and improve children's tennis skills then satisfaction, enjoyment and mastery will follow quite naturally. And focusing on developing these essential skills needed for tennis - and particularly the skills required for how to play competitively - is something that Yarra Tennis has developed a strong reputation for.

The Junior Tennis Skills program is suitable for juniors with limited tennis experience and all players are grouped according to standard and level of experience.

These tennis skills then progress to starting and controlling a rally and the technique required on forehands, backhands and serves.

Players in this program are also eligible to participate in the Sunday morning matchplay program every Sunday during the school term (11 am - 12 noon).
