JUNIOR TENNIS SQUAD TRAINING

A squad training program should be just as intensive and challenging as playing a match. Every aspect of a players game should be practised and tested under pressure. How else do you know how good a player really is?

Why Tennis? Well there's a million reasons - it keeps you fit, sharp, adtive, outdoors and moving, and you can play it at your own pace. Total beginner or absolute gun, you are always working on something. And you know you're on to something when you play for an hour and it feels like 5 minutes - when you're in the moment, totally activated, focused and dedicated. That's gotta be good for any player, whether you're 3 or 83.

The antifragile mindset. Being able to hand in there when things get tough. When you get a bad line call, unlucky net-cord and bounce in one single game. It means you can handle errors, mishaps, stressors because you have trained for it and you don't expect everything to go right when you step on the court.
